The catch phrase of this movie is "every maze has an end," and I was super excited for thomas and his friends to find it. although the special effects were great and the film was packed with action from start (the movie opened with a car/train chase scene) to end (think explosions of buildings and civil war) i couldn't resist dozing off during the slow moments. Overall I think that since the franchise took such a long time between releasing this installment I fell out of touch with the characters and couldn't care less if the death cure was discovered or if they all turned into zombies. i say wait for the in home experience for this one.
