I'VE BEEN IN AND OUT OF SLASH FITNESS FOR A FEW YEARS BUT RECENTLY GOT HOOKED BACK ON THIS STYLE OF WORKOUT. CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK AT MANY CONVENIENT TIMES.
